We collect only the information necessary for core functionality:

Includes your nickname, mobile number (for registration), avatar, and any content shared when contacting customer service.

Clipboard: Accessed locally only to identify sharing codes or links. We only upload data that constitutes active sharing instructions.

Self-Start: After your permission, the app may self-start to deliver study reminders or important notifications.

2.4 Camera & Storage

Camera: Used only when you actively take photos for learning materials. No background activation.
Storage: Used only when you import photos from your device.

3. Storage & Security

Location: Data collected within China is stored within China.

Retention: Information is kept only for the period necessary to provide services (e.g., keeping your mobile number for account access). When service ceases, data is deleted or anonymized.

Security: We use encryption (SSL), anonymization, and strict internal management to protect your data against unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party SDKs

To ensure app stability and functionality, we integrate the following partners:

Umeng Analytics: Data statistics and analysis.
iFLYTEK SDK: Speech evaluation and voice-to-text processing.
Tencent Bugly: Crash reporting and system stability.
Tencent X5 Engine: Enhanced web browsing services.

  1. Go to Me > Account Security.
  2. Tap Cancel Account.
  3. Or email us at support@tomatolearn.com with the subject "Cancel Account".
